How to use CGPA & Percentage Converter
There is no single conversion formula for every Indian institution. This tool implements a multiplier-based conversion in either direction. Enter the factor published by your institution instead of assuming the example factor applies to you.
Some institutions use an offset, a grade table or another formula. This tool cannot reproduce those schemes. The result is arithmetic under the multiplier you enter and is not an official equivalence certificate.

A worked example
Direction: CGPA to percentage · Value to convert: 8 · Your institution’s multiplier: 9.5
